When to return a product?
Fanquip works closely with our customers to address any concerns or problems. If you’re unhappy with any products or services, please contact our warranty team at [email protected] to discuss how we can help you.
We will offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
- When they are faulty
- Wrongly described
- Different from what was agreed to
How to submit a warranty claim?
If a resolution cannot be made, our warranty team can work with you to help return products. Return shipping will be organized on a case-by-case basis, depending on your location and the size of the product. Please submit an online warranty claim or download a printable PDF warranty claim form.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
